Five Bucks Ventures Pte Ltd (UEN 202316982K) is a Singapore-registered company that builds and operates AI-powered products for small and medium businesses. Our products include fivebucks.ai (AI SEO & lead generation SaaS) and fiveagents.io (Claude Code AI agent setup & maintenance). These Terms govern your use of the corporate website and apply generally across our products. Individual products may have additional terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Our AI-powered products depend on third-party platforms and their availability, API stability, and pricing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Results may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Bucks Ventures Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Five Bucks Ventures Pte Ltd, its officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Five Bucks Ventures Pte Ltd regarding the Services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
